What do you love about doing hair and why? I love making people feel beautiful and confident about themselves! Each hair style is a unique expression of their personality. 

What are some of your specialties? Long, mermaid hair, balyage, natural looking color. 

What's your secret weapon for great hair? Styling! So many hair goals can be achieved with a great style. 

What are your hair style influences? I love all of the 1970's hairstyles! 

What inspires you as a stylist? The talent of my incredible co-workers. 

What is your approach with new clients? I take time to learn what they are wanting to achieve and then teach them how to replicate that desired look on their own. 

What's the best hair advice you've ever been given? "If it's ugly, cut it!"-Johnny Aveda

What inspired you to become a hairstylist? I always loved having fun styling other people's hair, From dyeing my little sister's hair with Kool-Aid as a kid to styling my best friend's entire wedding party for her big day, I just love it. 

Tell us about your educational and professional experience? I attended the Aveda Institue in Seattle where two stand out instructors shared with me that they also worked at VAIN. After taking a tour of the salon, I decided what better place to start my hair career than an amazing salon with great mentors. 

Life/Interests outside of VAIN? I love spending time at our lake house, going out with friends, trying new restaurants and playing disc golf.
