ONLINE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of 24-hours notice for any appointment scheduled for an hour or less or 48-hours notice for any appointment an hour or more. This allows your stylist to take another guest during this time. Any appointments that are canceled past the 24/48-hour time frame, or no-showed, are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled services or loss of any deposits paid.
